This is a first class professional business and the first time I have used CS Appliance. When I called to inquire about a repair, I was asked for some general details of the repair issue and then given a couple of available appointment times for the next day. Cliff called when he was on the way, arrived a few minutes early, was fully prepared, and went right to work. He explained what could be wrong with the refrigerator and proceeded to test it and within minutes identified the problem. He explained that it was worth repairing the machine, had the necessary part in his truck and had it working like new in less than a 1/2 hour. Having been a carpenter for many years I am not inclined to recommend people unless they really know what they are doing. Cliff does and he is friendly, efficient and reasonable and fair on cost.
